I was retrenched in November 2011, and subsequently sent proof of retrenchment to Dial Direct. This was never reacted upon, and till this time I have received no feedback.
The feedback that I did receive was that the claim was registered but never processed, and as such, I am now over the turn around time for a claim.
I spoke to Eulene Coleridge about my claim, and she responded that she would get back to me by the end of today. After numerous conversations and e-mails, it is almost a year and a half later, and still no joy.
