I bought a bed about a month ago from Dial-a-bed in Atterbury Value Mart from Johannes. The bed arrived late in the evening on the delivery day - I was already upset. After the delivery men assembled the bed, it was unstable and wonky. I flipped the bed over and looked at it myself. I removed all the legs and put them back in. It was still wonky. If you push a corner down, there is a gap between the opposite leg and the floor of about 2cm. I communicated this to Johannes, who after several e-mails didn't reply. After threatening to escalate, he called and said he'll send someone out to have a look at the base. In the meantime, he said he'd order another base. That was 9 days ago. After another 2 e-mails, he isn't responding again. Seems like dial-a-bed is only interested in customer service BEFORE they receive payment.
