I placed an order for a Serta bed online on 28 January 2013. A few days later I was told that no stock of the ordered bed is available and that I should receive it by 15 February 2013. A 3/4 loan was provided by Dial-a-bed until receipt of the Serta double.

On 15 February no bed was delivered. 18 February I was told that Serta still doesn't have the stock and that it should be ready on 21 February.

Contacting Dial-a-bed today, still no bed is available. After contacting Serta inquire about the status, Reshana was unwilling to assist in providing a status.

It's been a month now since the order has been placed and paid for, but no bed yet. This has been the worst experience of service. They also don't seem to be willing to cancel my order and provide a refund so I can go somewhere else.
