Sick and tired of being told no one can assist me

I recently opened an account with Woolworths and was promised that i would recieve my permanent card before my temporary store card has expired... YA RIGHT i went to 4 stores asking for another card becasue clearly i can not make any purchases without and i was told sorry i can not help, I told head office and was told its in the post whhen i aske for postage date i was told it was a day after i opened my account... HOW LONG DO I STILL NEED TO WAIT, yet when payment is due that Woolworths is quick to send statements and sms"S
