I have never subscribed to this services. They are unlawfully deducting money from my cell phone account. I have phoned 084 1945555 and 011 2185609 where I have demanded to be unsubscribed. I was asked by KG Malakalaka for my email address to send the unsubscribing letter which I am still waiting on. On my second call I was promised that I will be unsubscribed immediately and that I will receive a sms stating this. I am still waiting for the sms??? They are deducting R6.15 each day which i only picked up today when i received my cellphone statement. In total R98.40 was deducted between 15 May until 31 May. Today is the 10th so another R61.50 are being added to my next account.
I demand a full refund on all the money that they have deducted from me since 15 May 2013 up until this subscription are being cancelled.
