Damaged goods not their problem

I have had several problems with damaged good and a whole lot of Reference numbers as well last reference number is 203638. Lounge suite not even 4 weeks old and first payment not even down but already the back rest is loose, KIC Hob was delivered when raining got it wet did mention it to Mark and Menaaz then the plate is smoking and the whole hob warming up that u cant touch it, they lodged a complaint with KIC inspector to come have a look, inspector gets lost and pones for directions get rude over the phone and drops the phone in my ear then when he actually get to look at the HOB he puts a report thru to say that it is customer damaged. So now no one can take responsibility for a brand new thing that i did not even damaged.
I want the HOB REPLACED NOT REPAIRED it was not suppose to be damaged in the first place but they delivered electronic goods while it was raining. and now they tell me they are trying... the lounge suite as well they wanna repair it, so hit a few nails in and then WHAT? If they not prepared to sort there MESS out then they can collect all there RUBBISH cause that stuff ain't worth the PRICE
