BAD ATTITUDE & DAMAGED GOODS

In the week the KIC inspector named GEORGE was assigned to go and have a look at my KIC Hob i purchased from BEARES NEWLANDS, THE HOB was delivered when it was raining and i did tell that to beares, so when opening and using i contacted Beares telling them that the HOB is not right as it is smoking and getting to warm around the plates so they lodge a call for the KIC Inspector to come have a look, Just to find the inspector phones me cause he got lost he got so rude and then dropped the phone in my ear, i phone him back to explain where he has to go now getting feedback that KIC is not taking responsibility for the HOB and that i must pay to get it fixed as it is customer damaged??? Beares don't want to replace it so now first payment on it did not even go thru yet the HOB is not even a month old yet and it is broken because of them delivering electrical goods in raining weather and now i have to just accept???

Yet KIC also did not even bother to apologize for the inspectors RUDE behavior.
They can collect their rubbish if they don't want to replace it...
