BOUGHT A POLAR FT7 WATCH FOR MY HUSBAND FOR CHRISTMAS DURING DECEMBER 2013. WHEN HE OPENED HIS GIFT ON CHRISTMAS IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL AND IT LOOKED LIKE A SECOND HAND WATCH THAT HAS BEEN WORN BEFORE!! JUST IMAGINE HOW BAD IT LOOKED ON ME!! DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE WERE IN MOZAMBIQUE FOR HOLIDAY I COULD'NT EXCHANGE IT IN TIME. THERE POLICY IS WITH IN 30 DAYS . WHEN I SENT IT BACK FOR REPAIRS I HAD TO PAY R260.00 TO BE FIXED!! IT MUST HAVE BEEN A FACTORY FAULT NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR FAULTY WATCH!!! I AM REALLY VERY UPSET! SO FAR I WILL NEVER PREFER ANY POLAR PRODUCT TO ANYONE!
