I purchased an ARC TV Cabinet on 16 December 2013 and due to me not being able to receive the goods on 21 December, I was promised delivery on 27 December between 10am and 1pm. Nearly 2 weeks after date of purchase.
At 12h30 on 27 December, I had to call to chase up where my delivery was as I had an appointment at 1pm. I had missed my appointment and wasted an entire day waiting for a small TV cabinet. Between 12h30 and 15h00, I had called Coricraft 5 times; spoke to a Karen with no customer service skills or telephone etiquette. I spoke to Debbie the manager at 14h30 with no call back at 15h00. I called back at 15h00, spoke to Justin (who said they were "CRAZY BUSY"??). In which retail profession do you tell your client you crazy busy? I was only called back at 15h15 by Olivia confirming a paper mix up and smsed me at 15h30 to confirm delivery at 18h00. This was supposed to be a morning delivery.
A paper mix up is a lie. I was told by Karen at 12h45pm that the delivery vehicle was around the corner from me, unless this was in fact a lie. I am shocked to see such terrible customer service from a high end furniture store. Coricraft has wasted my air time and personal time today.
