Failure to deliver furniture

I bought & paid for a lounge suit in December 2012 from Corigraft Menlyn. They were out of stock & I aggreed to wait. On the 4th of February I was contacted & given the option of a delivery time & date, " just not in that week, for they were fully booked". I opted for Fri the 15th of February after 1300 & I took half a day's leave for that day. The delivery was confirmed via SMS on the 14th of Feb "Delivery will take place between 1300 & 1600 on the 15th Feb". By 15:40 on the 15th I phoned the specified no on the sms. The lady on the other side told me that it was still not 1600 & I could expect it.By 16:20 I phoned again, and there was no answer. I phoned Menlyn branch, & my detail was taken, & a promised made to phone me back.By 16:40 I phoned again, this time a diff girl took my number, & promised to phone me back. Again nothing. I had an apointment at 1800 & at 17:30 I left. On Sat on various stages after 9:00 I spoke to Different people, Mollie (Despatch), Kanbelo (Menlyn), Trevor (Menlyn), & ea time had to phone back. On Mon the 18th I spoke to Melody & Ryno & was told that a del could only be made on Wed the 20th after 1800 as requested. 20th Feb again denial & no service
