On 26/04 I bought a bedroom suite at Joshua Doore at Adderley, Cape Town. I paid R7149.76 cash incl delivery. The delivery omitted 2 items (stool & wall mirror). The driver said he was going to deliver the stool the next day and said he didnt know that the suite came with a mirror. I then showed him the pamphlet of the items expected and he said he would confirm with his store. No delivery of the missing items was done as promised and on 29/04, went back to the store to complain. I also realised that they sold me the bedroom suite that was on the floor and the saleperson confirm this. The manager informed me that the saleperson would call me with an update but the saleperson did not. On the 30th i went back to store with further complaints that i did not get the update from the salesperson and the store about when i would get the goods that i paid for. The manager called the driver asking about my goods and i in turn spoke to the driver and the driver was asking me to calm down or else he wont deliver my stuff. I await my goods today with no hope that they will be delivered. The manager told me the store will be moving to Paarl & any further complaints i will have to report to Wyneburg.
