Terrible service at CoriCraft Clearwate

I purchased a rug at CoriCraft on the 10th November, I was told that I would receive a phone call the following day to let me know when the rug would be delivered at the store for me to pick up. I didnt receive a phonecall on the Monday as promised by Justin. I went to the store on the 13th to enquire about the rug, I was then told I would receive it by Friday, that the rug was already on schedule to be packed onto the delivery van.
Friday came and went with no word from CoriCraft. I went to the store AGAIN on Tuesday, only to be told that the rug had not been delivered.
Justin was adamant that I had been informed, when he checked the system, there was no note about me being contacted. I didnt even receive an apology. I asked when I would receive the rug, I was told that MAYBE I would get it on Friday. 2 weeks to get a rug that I had paid for!! With very bad communication at that.
I asked for a refund. But luckily, I had purchased a rug from CoriCraft's Design Quarter branch (which was delivered on the 18th) and I had received GREAT SERVICE FROM LUCRECIA, she tracked down a rug at Fourways Mall, where I picked it up.
Justin at Clearwater could learn a thing or 3 from Lucrecia.
