Why cant I just be sent the letter without stories

I called on the 31 Jan 2013 requesting a settlement letter. I was told It will be emailed the same day. I called the 01 Feb to be advised no it takes 48 hours didnt they inform you. So I said fine I will wait I called yesterday to be advised by Sbongile it should be with at 16h40 yesterday afternoon. So I thought you know what let me give the till 17h00 hopefully in the morning it will be in my inbox. Today at 09h15 I call again only be advised it was sent at 16h44 so I ask Sbongile did Casper the friendly ghost eat it up somweher between Edgards and my computer and she says they will send it before end of bussiness today. I requested to speak t her manager as if by a push of orward button I would have got it straight away. They hound you for payment now that I want to settle its a mission to get the values come on people. I have better things to do then to call the call centre everyday to be told different stories. They have taken my fax number I wonder if that will take 48 or 72 hours before it comes through.
