I have been calling FNB since yesterday requesting a settlement Letter for my Personal Loan
They told me at 8 am yesterday that their system is offline and they cannot generate Settlement quotes, i must call again withing an hour, I called them every hour and still they told me the same story
Today i called them again and i have been told the same thing, why is it my problem if their system is offline, surely they must come up with plan B as this has been happening for more than 24 hours
They told me they don't have an alternative solution, they cannot even give me my balance, I need to settle their Loan, so i can be debt Free, and they are telling me stories, such a big bank, why can't they use a system that works, someone should come up with an alternative solution this is sickening
