Credit card settlement lette

Hi

I called the collections department from Gandhi sqaure branch last week friday at 12:10 am, and spoke to Nwabisa Stofile telephone, who told me that my settlement letter will be emailed to in 2 hours time

i waited as i wanted to settle and called again at 2h:50 pm and spoke to a lady who said was Nomusa/Nomsa (cant remember exactly) i informed her of my query that i have been waiting for my letter from Nwabisa and she said the letter was emailed to me, (she also) i then called at 4h:00 and spoke to Zanele Kgogile who advised me the was nothign in the system about my request, it was not requested and it takes 24 hours for settlement to be obtained, she requested it and did everything from scrach.

I do understand the fact that some things takes some time to be obtained and that there is SLA for some services, but i am so angry for the fact that Nwabisa to me, and kept me waiting for nothing

would also like to thank Zanele for her assistance and honesty about the SLA.

I just dont understand how can ''You make things happen if you can to cumstomers''
