I would like to compliment ALL the staff at the Pick n Pay in Clearwater Mall. I have been a shopper there since 2005 and I have recently seen that I truly belong there.
There has been a bigger, better Pick n Pay opened at Little Falls, and it honestly is the best in our area. I have been shopping there quite a bit lately and I think it looks lovely, the variety is wide and the staff are quite friendly.
However, it is missing a few vital items that make my shopping experience THAT much better, i.e. my family that works at the store in Clearwater. I call them family because they feel like they are my brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles. I get a "Heeyyy!!! " as I enter the door everytime, I get all the staff asking me where my two boys are as they miss seeing them, I have friends that I know by name, I share jokes with the staff at any given time. I admit that I could learn some of these things with time at the new store, but I dont have to as I already have a wonderful family.
The new store has done NOTHING wrong, but it just misses that warm feeling that I get EVERYTIME I walk out of my 'family home', i.e. Clearwater Pick n Pay.
