In the 3rd week of January 2014 I received a phone call from Edgars collection dept, the lady got very rude after I explained my situation to her & told me that she will make a note on the system that I refuse to pay. Thus she was also screaming at me and did not give me a chance to explain / talk to her further, after she said she is going to mark me as a Refuse To Pay client I tried again to explain my current situation to her but she dropped the phone. I feel very upset & that I am the customer & I should be treated with respect & get a fair chance to explain my side of the story / situation.
