NOT MY KIND OF BANK

I received a telephone call from ABSA Bank Regarding my Loan account, which I informed them telephonically that I am under DEBT REVIEW From the 22 January 2013. In which they responded rude and not acceptable to my response. I have been several times to the Branch here in Middelburg to explain which the informed that their dept. understand and of the situation a e-mail was also sent to [Email Removed] from Debt review councillar. Today, i received another unfriendly telephone call, which I tried to explain to the customer services person of my situation, which she angry responded YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME, TILL YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BANK YOURSELF!!! How rude and this is suppose to be bank that helps people. I feel like closing my accounts with ABSA and moving over to another bank. They are the worst bank, where are their paper trail???
