Monday (22 January 2014) I bought a new Russell Hobbs fan at Boardmans Menlyn. The fan could not be assembled because the parts received (in a sealed box) were incomplete.
Decent and complete products are expected from Russell Hobbs, not incomplete products!
Disappointing!
