I have been in a financial situation and have not been able to make arranged payments with the company. I have since gotten numerous phonecalls from collectors and been very rude and demeaning towards me. I complained before to one of the team leaders who promised they would call listen and get back to me, after the collector told me that it was not their responsibility to be calling me need to make payments as i opened the account. Then received another call where the collector told me that i need to decide whether I'm going to answer my phone or what, as they've tried to call me. Then lastly i received a call from collector named Lisa, i spoke to her trying to explain to her that i couldn't make payment by12th so if they could extend it until the 20th. She started threatening me that my account will be handed to Legal, my fiancee then tried to talk to her with fail as well. Then i requested to someone higher in rank, We spoke to Cindy who refused to give us her surname and directed us to giveVerni they're manager. They were all rude and caused me great frustration and pain. I went through the Debt collectors Act, 1998 (Act no.114 of conduct1998) and realised they treated me unfairl
