My Edgars account was defrauded on the 12th of December 2012. I went to Midrand branch to report the incident, they gave me a dispute form to complete. They assured me that I would get feedback from Head office. My main problem now is I cannot pay my account because I am being told that it is blocked. I have been to different branches but they cannot help me because their department does not answer their phone when they try to contact them. Will someone please sort out this mess before my credit profile gets affected.
