NO DELIVERY

I am a first time customer and ordered and paid for an item that showed that item was in stock and delivery within 24 hours (Order No: 1001048524) on 6 December 2013. I received an email on 9 December stating that payment was received and that the delivery date will be 11 December. I followed up with customer service this morning and was advised that it will now be delivered on18 December. I told the guy (Reginald) that this is not acceptable and if that is the case then I demand that I get my money back with immediate effect. He then proceeded and cancelled my order without my permission and advised me that I will get a credit on my profile. I have no intention of ever purchasing from [URL Removed] and would like the money in my bank account as opposed to getting a credit as I now need to go and purchase the item from a store. I was then put through to Edgar, team manager and he advised me that there is no stock. While he was still on the line I checked the [URL Removed] website and it showed that the item is in stock. Do not buy from [URL Removed] They don't deliver on their promise. [URL Removed] has been highly recommended by my colleagues and advised they deliver on time.
