Poor service

I spoke to Fatima Ebraim on 5th February 2013, she promised to investigate my query regarding my defrauded account. She gave me this reference:0502130055/go; I have been waiting for her since then.
The sad part of it is that when I visit their branches they still tell me that the account is blocked.
Can someone more senior and competent resolve this matter once and for all because I want to pay this account and do away with Edgars.
