Online Shopping wastes so much more time

A couple of months ago I created an online shopping profile and based on my past purchases associated with my credit card information, created a shopping list and called it 'the mother list''.

When I logged in during the first week of Jan 2014 ready to order my first shop the list was empty - all items I'd saved had been removed.

13 Jan - My goods were delivered but missing basic items that were not substituted; mixed salad, potatoes, baby marrows, etc.

The onions that were delivered were wet, rotten and stinking on the day that they were delivered. My domestic worker brought this to my attention as I arrived home and I'm disgusted that Pick `n Pay had the audacity to send me goods in such revolting condition.

The 6 tomatoes lasted less than 4 days in the fridge before they also had to be disposed of.

I had to drive to Woolworths to buy the missing goods and replace the rotten 'fresh' produce. Waste of delivery fee, waste of time and waste of money.

I emailed Pick n Pay on 13Jan (with a picture of the rotten onions), received a read receipt but nothing else.

Really not happy with the goods or service and highly discourage other shoppers from going the online route with PnP.
