At the end of each month, I do a bulk home shopping order for delivery. In the last two months, I have had problems with my order. Last month, goods were delivered to me that I did not order and extra items of those I did. Being an honest individual, I took these goods in to the Killarney store and spoke to a Manager there. I gave him the goods. He was not in the least bit concerned about the mistake saying it hadnt originated from his store (despite the shrinkage implications for his company ultimately affecting his salary etc etc). A bulk order was delivered to me yesterday and received by my domestic worker. Items that had been charged were not included, and various items that I never ordered and do not eat (pork sausages, viennas, pies) were delivered, along with 11 bottles of 2l milk (22l milk!!) All of this was not charged to me. Upon realising this last night, I called the hotline and reported the mistake saying I wanted the surplus groceries collected, and the outstanding items that I paid for delivered to me. I was assured it would be reported to the Home Shopping Manager and the store responsible for the order would call me to deliver today. No word yet
