Bitterly Disappointed in Online Shopping Experienc

Tried the online shopping again. Had previously had a bad experience with the shopper making substitutions so selected for "no shopper discretion". When shopping arrived approximately 2/3 of the items were not delivered which resulted in me paying over 10% of the value of the shop for delivery. The majority of the items that were not supplied were pnp branded goods? Also later discovered that the packet of lettuce supplied is past it's sell by date.

I called the call centre who explained to me that the reason why the items were supplied was because my supplying store did not have the item in stock - I explained to him that that was the problem as they were very every day items - cheese, cauliflower etc...

He promised to get the online manager to phone me back this afternoon and that he would call later to make sure that this had been done... To date no phone call from either party?

No good for engendering trust in the brand guys and I think I will be trying the woolworths online shop next. Watch this space!
