Missing items on delivery list

I made an online order for goods to be delivered to my house on 18/09/2013. The goods were delivered but 1 item was missing and another one was faulty and so I gave it back to the driver. He promised that he would return on 20/09/2013 with both items, however he did not. After not hearing anything from pick n pay I called the call centre several times. I was told I would get a refund. I still have not received the R244.99 or my goods. The call centre agents say the query has been processed but no payment has been made. No one has called to ask for my account number.
