I got a gift card in 2013, and now when I try to use it I get told its expired. I first tried to use it for my purchases @ Game woodlands in Dec 2013 and I was told the card has expired therefore they can't help me and I ended up paying for my purchases using my debit card because I needed the goods.
I then tried to use the card again at Game Brooklyn on the 13/1/14 @ 15:28. I was also told that the card had expired and when I told them that I got this card in 2013 and the card itself is written that it is valid for 3yrs only then the lady at the till called the store/ till manager. The till manager then disappeared with the card and came back after an hour 16:48 to tell me there's nothing they can do for me now coz head office is now close. After I waited patiently for 1hr20minutes I left the store without being helped. Still having a gift card with a value of R500 which I got in 2013 and its wriiten valid for 3yrs but at Game they tell me it has expired.
