Ad client service at tills

At about 13:15 sunday the 2nd of june was at shoprite after standing in a long queue for 30minutes i was told by a cashier at till number 11 that i cant do point of sale purchase with either capitec or fnb card. Iasked which till must i use since i dont carry cash, she said i must go and ask around. Seeing that i cant do that because its full and ive already wasted alot of time i left. On my way out met a branch manager (saw name badge), approched him and explained my situation he was in a hurry but listened. He took my trolley to the money market till and i was helped with my card.
