DEFECTIVE LAWNMOWER AND BAD ATTITUDE

On 18/01/2014 I bought a TrimTech Lawnmower from Game at Festival Mall. The very same day as I tested the machine it proofs to be not working properly. It functions for 5 min then stops waiting for ten minutes to restart again. My bank account was debited immediately with the purchase amount.
Taking the machine back now starts the problem as I mentioned that I am not interested in replacing the machine as the product can not be trusted.
First I had to wait for a manager to have the machine returned.
Then I had to wait for another manager a certain Ruan van Wyk to tell me that I will not receive the refund as I have to wait 48 hours for my refund. While discussing the problem with Ruan van Wyk, twice, he turned his back on me to respond to private calls on his cellular phone. This was a clear indication that he was not interested in the complaint.
This made ma as the client felt like a criminal experiencing the lack of proper client/customer relations.
I will certainly not buy from Game shops ever in my life and will spread the word regard ths type of treatment of customers at Game.
I am still waiting to receive my refund.
