MY NAME IS BARENG MOGOROSI FROM HERTZOGVILLE FREE STATE PROVINCE. I AM WRITING THIS COMPLAIN ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER MRS PEGGY MOGOROSI RESIDING AT NHOLE VILLAGE TAUNG AT NORTH WEST PROVINCE.
ON THE 14/01/2014 MRS PEGGY MOGOROSI PERSONALLY WENT TO THE LEWIS STORE AT TAUNG BRANCH AT APPROXIMATELY 16:50, WITH THE INTENTION TO PAY HER MONTHLY INSTALMENT. MRS MOGOROSI HAPPENED TO MEET THE CASHIER WITH THE NAME OF MRS CWAILE WHOM INFORMED HER THAT THEY ARE ALREADY CLOSED AND THEY CANNOT ACCEPT CASH AT THAT TIME. THE RAESON BEING THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS ALREADY OFF.
SHE THEN INSISTED THAT MRS MOGOROSI SHOULD LEAVE THE CUSTOMER`S RECEIPT BOOK WITH HER AND CASH MONEY THAT SHE WANTS TO PAY AND SHE WILL PROCESS SUCH TRANSACTION THE NEXT DAY ON THEIR SYSTEM. MRS MOGOROSI ALLEGED THAT SHE HANDED MRS CWAILE THE RECEIPT BOOK AND THE CASH AMOUNT OF R750.00 WITH HOPE AND UNDERSTANDING THAT SHE WOULD BE HELPED AND SHE CAN SEND SOMEONE TO PICKUP THE TRANSACTION RECEIPT WITH RECEIPT BOOK.
SHE SENT SOMEONE TO COLLECT RECEIPT BOOK ON THE 17/01/2014 AND WHEN SHE INSPECTED THE RECEIPT IT SHOWED THAT THE AMOUNT PAID WAS R650.00. NOW THE CASHIER WAS NOT FOUND AT STORE AND MANAGER CANNOT ASSIST. PLS HELP.
