We purchased a lawnmower from Game on 8th December 2012, in Jan 2013 the machine just gave in and we returned it with the guarantee slip and everything; they said they have to send it for repairs which will take 21 days. its been over 21 days, our yard looks like a jungle and no one can tell us when the machine will be ready for collection! if there's a huge problem with it, why not just replace it?! or give our money back, this is ridiculous!
