I went shopping and wen I got a the till the cashier was rood and no smile or even eye contact I was at lane 8 and merchant 206001001461801 helped me aaand I can't give a name since nobody wear a nametag .we left and went to the parcel counter to give in our parcel cause we forgot to buy something else so as we got to the counter. The guy refused to take the parcel aand said we must ask the security guard to keeep the parcel for us .what's the use there is a parcel counter and u can't put your parcels there so we went and asked the security and he said bluntly that he will look after the parcell if we bbuy him something now what does that already tell you bout the staff they are unfriendly and want to be bribed and it a disgrace to have went to the shop the cashier said they getting a new branch manager and mrs hendriks was no where to be seen also so pleaase sort this store out it need help
