Lost Parcel

My helper bought stuff from Pep Karlehong Store on the 21st of December 2013 and before she went into the store she left her bag with new items that she had bought from other retailers worth R800 at the parcel counter. She was given a disc numbered 53. So she went about doing her shopping in the store. When she was done she went to collect her bag from the parcel counter and upon presenting the disc she realised that there was just a small plastic bag in the Pigeon hole that the bag had been put into. She then complained to the lady that was handling the parcel counter, her name is Zinhle, she was asked to come back the next day. She then went back to the store the next day and was introduced to the store manager who was very rude and went to the extent of asking her too many questions as if she was the one who was on the wrong. The store manager then advised my helper that the disc ad been lost the previous day and that she might have picked it up just claiming They then requested for receipts of which she indicated to them that they were in the bag with the stuff that she had bought. Pep can you please reimburse, R800 is a lot of money to lose. There is no joy from the store.
