Pick 'n Pay
Treated Like a Criminal

Hi

Why is it that whenever i shop at Pick n Pay in Lenasia Trade Route Mall my husband and i are always given upon entering the store with a trolley of goods purchased from another store. I know every store has there policies but this is ridiculous. I am treated like a criminal, like i am going to something. I was at pick n pay on 26/08/2013 with goods from another store and i was refused entry in to the store as the idiotic security refused to mark goods. I had to leave my trolley at the parcel counter with the lady who couldn't even be bothered if one or many of our personal items/goods are taken by someone else. After i had left my trolley at the parcel counter i was NOT given a tag or identification to say that this trolley belonged to me. Our trolleys are left sticking out in the busy pathway with people walking up and down. Any Tom, and Harry can openly go and claim my trolley as his or hers. The lady at the parcel counter wouldn't even know who it belonged to. You people couldn't give a about our belongings that are left at the parcel counter and yet we cannot take it with us into the store. What rubbish is this??? Really disappointed.
