I have been waiting for a parcel since 18 February 2013, sent from Gauteng to Cape Town. On 19 February I tracked the parcel online and it was "accepted at Atlasville Branch". I checked today and the "parcel could not be found". I am aware of the strikes and the related delays, but it is unacceptable if my parcel is now lost as a result. Please contact me and tell me where the parcel is - it has been over 2 weeks!!! this delay is unacceptable. We deliver -no matter the cost - WHATEVER!!! Please get back to me my parcel tracking number is PE803026879ZA. And PLEASE no generic responses (we apologise for the inconvenience, and doing everything we can, nonsense).
