Was in westgate for weekly shopping carrying my empty shopping bag over my shoulder, entered the store and the security came after me very rudely told me to put my empty shopping bag in parcel counter or get out of the shop. This was so embarrassing that i just turned around and left, i had no words as could not believe i has just been treated like this in public. I am no criminal and i have no problem with putting my bags filled with goods in the parcel counter if asked properly, but the bag was empty and the man didn't even ask me to fold it away or seal it, he simply gave me two options that cost your store my purchase.
If this is how you treat your customers then i sertainly dont want to do business with you.!
