During Dec and Jan I ordered several gifts from [URL Removed] to be delivered to various people.
Most of them did not have a gift tag attached so people did not know who they came from.
I am disabled and that is why I used [URL Removed]
Their forms are difficult to complete -each one requiring a fresh start that is probably how gift tags were omitted.
As the purchase of goods on=line is Kalahari's business, I was suprised at just how difficult it was to order six of the same item to be sent to six different addresses.
I did complain and Bradley Paterson: Contact Centre Agent has not followed up.
I did ask for a senior person to contact me before I wrote to Helllo Peter... BUT nobody did!
