We decided to purchase the children's toys online as Kalahari was advertising a special where the least expensive gift would be free of charge if you bought a certain number of gifts. Duly chose what we wanted, and the one gift was marked as free.
Two weeks later, and we receive all the paid for gifts and a little e-mail that says Kalahari is 'so super sorry' but the free item is out of stock! How very convenient! The one item that was supposedly free is suddenly out of stock! Sounds a heck of a lot like a to me!
And sending an email to their 'support' email address results in nothing - no response, no 'sorry we fooled you, ha! ', nothing! Well done Kalahari, you've lost a customer that has consistently bought from you for the last number of years due to you little ''.
And telling me you going to refund me does not cut the mustard! What are you going to refund as the item was free?
Never again...
