[URL Removed] fails to deliver two seperate orders

We ordered gifts for family in the UAE on17/12/2013the delivery address is a PO Box. On 7/01/2014 S. Johnson emailed her to say that they do not deliver to Po Boxes anymore. We asked that the recipients be contacted so that arrangements can be made for them to collect the parcel, alternatively that the order be canceled, On 15/01/2014 I phoned and spoke to lady (Shainawaaz) who promised to contact us within 1 hour. I phoned again on 16/01/2014 no effort made to contact them.
Order canceled, it is a shame as my family overseas were looking forward to the gifts, Kalahari should realize that there is more to it than just the psychical item purchased from them.
(my daughter kept her Christmas tree in anticipation of our presents arriving)

We ordered a book on 24/12/2013, 14 days later had to phone, no stock, no feedback
Just because we had to cancel orders, does not mean that we have to be happy with the service we received from them. Responds to this complaint will just be we are sorry Blah Blah, unless you make a effort to react to requests from customers and keep your promises after acceptation money for goods people paid you for, your apologies means zero, SHAME ON YOU!
