I love clicks I always do my shopping there after today I'm not sure if I'll ever do my shopping there or if I'll ever go to Clicks in Sinoville Centre. What's with cashiers and managers in retails in thinking that they are doing you a favour by helping you. But when they we're being interviewed they said they would give good customer service. I had two coupons discounting R10 and R5 for any 16 lil let's so I bought a box of lil let's regular when I was at the till the cashier calls her manager and asks if she can use them together the manager says No. I asked why she says because you can't. I ask him where does it say I can't use them together on one transaction he says no where but you won't use them you will use one with that attitude of him showing him that his the boss and what ever he says goes at that time I've reached my boiling point I'm so angry and disgusted. As if that is not enough the cashier over charges me when I go back to the shop and I tell them that you overcharged she turns around h and says how can I not over charge with you complaining no sorry no nothing.
