My experience at the Hi (owned by TFG) store in Canal Walk on January 18, 2014 just after 5:40pm left me disgusted and.
My friend and I rushed into the store to get a fairly expensive phone cover, we did not have a lot of time since we had to be at another event. As we walked into the store Frank was talking to two young ladies - he was basically flirting with them as we went through the covers on display. Frank did not acknowledge us as we entered the store, it is as if we never existed. His colleague was running around the store serving as much customers and as quickly as he could while Frank had a jolly good time flirting and getting paid by TFG to do it. We waited about 15 minutes before the only other guy in the store could assist us. All this time Frank was still working his magic on the two young ladies. His colleague was very patient and he took several covers out of the display fpor us to look at and helped us make our decision. Around us several customers walked in and out the store - many left because nobody could serve them - Frank did not give a! It makes me sick! TFG, please tell Frank o off before you loose more customers. I expect a response
