I took a life policy and a retrenchment policy with FRANK in july 2011 and was retrenched in march 2012.Frank made excuses for my retrenchment payout. Finally i took them to the short term ombudsman, frank got a voice recording from my ex employer saying I was aware of the retrenchment when i took out the policy, so I got letters from my co-workers stating that was not so but the ombudsman sided with Frank and my employer whom is a. I do not understand that they will side the statement of the employer rather than two statements and mine. What is this country coming to. There is no Justice they just take your money then do not pay and make excuses.
