Dolce Gusto - FALSE INFORMATION ON AVAILABILITY

This machine was bought in December 2013. We could only find the following capsules, Americano, cuppachino, latte macchiato. We have been to Checkers Pick n Pay, Makro, Hirch, Spar, Dions wired.-Boksburg, ElastGate, Sandton, Lynwood. Hartebeespoort dam, Randburg. We could not find the range that was promoted to us during the presentation.
Trying to register the machine as advised by the sales person- but no avail
We then sent a email to them requesting assistance - to which Bonita sent a e mail. I then contacted her 6th January - in this conversation i express my disappointment with trying to find the products. She did inform me that there are many other complaints - and she would get the person in charge of the distribution sale to call me- i am still waiting on the call
I then sent a e mail to the customer service with the complaint - to which i received the normal e-mail saying we will attend to your request shortly - to date no response
They are clearly not interested in our complaints as i think they have too many un happy consumers who have bought this machine
I want my money back for this white elephant
