Poor service and no commitment

In December 2012 I purchased a pipe at Cuba Tobacconist, Lakeside Mall, Benoni for R800 plus (Keyzer pipe). After smoking it twice the stem of the pipe broke. We took it back on 8 January 2013 to have it repaired. The manager of the store told us that it will have to go to the factory, but they will only open on 14 January. Upon enquiring telephonically on the 17th of January about the repairs, the owner of the store told my husband "stop harassing me, i will get back to you when i am ready". On 2 February we visited the store again, the manager was not prepared at all to enquire with the, once again absent owner, about the repairs and if they were made, the progress to this issue and we left the store again without any feedback, progress made, money back, repaired pipe, etc. etc. This store is useless and we will certainly not visit it again.
