APPALLING SERVICE

I paid R6700 worth of stuff to be delivered to my flat two weeks ago for the 1st Feb. Only HALF of my stuff has arrived and all the managers can say is "we can't do your delivery, wait until next week or next month."

Numerous staff members have promised to contact us yet not a SINGLE one has. When I call all they have is excuses - no apology at all. This is disgusting from such a franchise as this. All my groceries are busy rotting due to my fridge being missing. I have NEVER in my life been so appalled by the customer service and lack of respect from a company. I paid cash for those items and confirmed FOUR times in advance that they are ready.

Honestly, I do not recommend ANYONE order deliveries from this branch as all I have received are blatant from the branch manager, Hamilton.

I expect some sort of immediate response from Game.
