I sent my car to car service city several months ago (about 2) to have my back brake discs done. The guy charged me a discounted rate of R3000 due to the fact that I could not pay the initial 6000 that he charged me. I then received my car back with a broken water pipe and broken passenger window (no longer opens). Before I took my car to the Bruma branch everything was fine. I took my car back the next day and made Robert aware of the issues. He is okay to fix the broken pipe but made up some story about the window that isn' t true (confirmed by Mercedez Benz mechanic). Robert then said that i need to leave my car there an entire day for him to repair the pipe... I don' t have that kind of time to waste. I want my vehicle to take priority and to be repaired while I wait and under my own supervision Within only a few hours since I need to do my own work too. I no longer trust this branch. And expect my window to be repaired as well the pipe. Robert is aware of these issues I laid my complaint the day after. I Would prefer having these repairs done at another branch however, preferably on a Saturday.
