Never buy from Game if you want good service

I bought a Defy fridge from Game Centurion on 27 January 2013. The fridge was delivered on Monday 28th (also after I had to phone 3 times myself to see what was happening with the delivery). The fridge was working fine until Firday 1 February 2013, when I discovered that it wasn't getting cold at all anymore. I then phoned Game's customer care number to log a call. It's now nearly 24 hours later, and nobody has even bothered to let me know what is happening. I have made calls myself, only to be sent from pillar to post - only to be finally told that Defy technicians do not work on weekends. I have phoned Defy SA myself, who was VERY helpful and are sending a technician out today.

I want to urge anyone to NEVER buy from Game Centurion if you want good service - they don't know the meaning of it.
