Edcon went ahead and increased my credit limit after i declined the offer at the edgars in grove mall. Edcon went ahead and increased it anyways. I am currently in the final stages of buying a house with a bond and they have now messed with my affordability count which could potentially get my bond approval retracted. I emailed them and the get a mail back i must phone their accounts department for them to be able to do anything. Why should i pay for a call for something they did? They need to decrease my limit back to what it was previously without me having to fight. Worst thimg i ever did was get this rubbish account with a company who feels they can do what they want regardless of what their clients say, decline and need.
