My original complaint...

How is it possible to increase a persons credit limit without their authorisation???
I chalenge edgars and edcon to prove to me that I, the customer requested it to be increased.
This is. The cashier did not ask me to increase the limit and i told her when i saw the slip to cancel it.
well what do you know... i got my statement today and guess what, it was increased anyway.
I want it changed back to how it was. Not even the banks just increase your limit without your consent.

I will take this further if it is not sorted out.

Still nothing has been done!!! weird how all replies look the same with names changed. wonder if anything gets done by the accounts manage
